Good day
Yesterday when i was watering my plants i noticed some strange worms that seems to move in sync with each other.
I tried to do some research and it looks like it might be white pot worms(same family as the earthworm)

Can these insects cause damage to my venus flytraps.
Should i repot all my plants just in case?
sorry for poor photos, they are small and looks like cat hairs.

I agree that they are pot worms. Though they only eat dead, decomposing plant matter, I'd repot just in case because these worms might leave waste that will cause the substrate to grow in mineral content.

As for them moving in unison, a lot of worms that live in colonies often move together as a defense mechanism when they sense strong vibrations, or are otherwise disturbed.

Sometimes some pests or worms for that matter are good for your soil and for plants but some may harm your plants to a great extent. So, consult professionals like Sacramento pest control who will help you get rid of dangerous worms and pests in a manner which is environment-friendly and safe.
