Hi all. Hoping for some help. I have some type of green spiky tubular plant growing in the pots of many of my pitcher plants. They are actually crowding out the pitchers plants in some of the pots. Any idea what they are?

Ok, the roots are so established, it’s not “ pulls me at this point 😡. I cut it down as far as I could in most of the pots, but I know it won’t go away without eradication! I was just wonder what the heck it was. Thanks all
