Unable to see "thanks" - new to forums#310015

I am somewhat new to CPs but I'm even newer to forums. Recently there was a giveaway that had a requirement of "20 thanks". I was told that I would be able to find this under my user information however after much searching I am not able to find my "thanks".

Is this due to not having any or is this due to the fact I am using the taptalk app vs the website?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks don’t show up on the tapatalk app. You can see it on a computer or phone browser.
