Hi. I was outside awhile ago staring and appreciating my bybilis cuttings ... then all of a sudden i saw movement on the moss (my media).. I thought I was just imagining things but there is another movement on another part of the moss.. :(

I think there are small worms in my pot! :( Are they going to be harmful ? My small bybilis seems to be growing fine.. I do not want to have to move it and probably shock it

How small are we talking? There are many types of critters that will live in the moss if given the chance.
The one that gets the most attention is fungus gnat larvae. They are tiny (+/-) 1mm, semi transparent, and will feed on fungus in your media. However, they will also munch on the tiny roots of new seedlings.
If what you saw is bigger than that, and it doesn't seem to be bothering your plants, I wouldn't worry, but I'd still watch them.
