Hi

I'm quite new to growing Utricularia so I would like to know if these plants are growing healthily.

The pictures are of small divisions taken from a larger plant. One of the plants I have kept indoors under a grow light and it has a single flower stalk at the moment and its leaves are a nice green colour.
However, the other plant was in the greenhouse for the last week or so and its leaves are now a grey colour. The plant from which these divisions were taken is currently outside too and it also has the grey coloured leaves but is flowering prolifically. Temperatures in the last week have been in the high 70/80s F in the greenhouse but the plants are all kept in water trays.

I was wondering if the plant is healthy or if it is getting too much heat in the greenhouse.
