Ok well I've feed my fly trap, and I wanted to feed another one and I missed 3 times the same trap is this bad? He opens back in like 6h, and I missed like to other traps as well...

They only continue to close and digest if the prey struggles. People often "massage" the traps after the initial closing in order to simulate pray moving around inside. Also, if you plant is receiving plenty of light, there shouldn't be any worry about accidentally firing traps.
