I just repotted a big box store VFT out of really bad soil into LFSM and put it in a bright windowsill where it gets plenty of sun. The traps were droopy before repotting, but perked up overnight with a good watering. But when I got home all of the traps except for the three or four largest have closed. Are they just going through transplant shock from the repot and sudden sunlight? There aren't enough bugs in that windowsill for 15 traps to have caught a mouthful.

They're just going through shock, they'll be fine. However, you'll want to get it outside as soon as possible because a sunny windowsill is not good enough for Flytraps unfortunately.
Put it in an area that gets a couple of hours of early morning sun, the dappled or shaded for the rest of the day. Move it weekly to increase the amount of light until you get at least 6 hours of direct sunlight, indirect for the rest of the day, and your plant will do great.
