The leaves of my pinguicula (a pinguicula gigantea I think it is) are turning yellow and translucent and I don't know what to do. :| I thought it was a sunburn since here in Italy it is 33 degrees, and so I put my pinguicula where it doesn't get direct sun and added perlite to its soil, still, it doesn't recover, it's only worsening. What can I do?

Yours looks a little unhappy, but old leaves withering and getting translucent is normal. As long as the new growth coming from the center is continuing and is healthy I usually do not worry.

What is the soil mix, and how long have you had it?

Bonjour

for me your leaves are not translucent just yellow ,not yet cooked. She has indeed caught a hot shot

translucent leave is a leave that is cooked either by the too high temperature or the opposite a temperature below 0 °

beware of the substrate as well it is a plant rather of calcicoles

for my part I would change substrate and I would put it well in the shade in a cool and airy place , substrate wet

Thank you for your answers! They have helped me a lot. I am currently using white peat (I think it also contains a bit of sphagnum) and perlite. I think the white peat is 6 months old by now.
