Staats+17+ PM'ed me with an offer of a small dormant S. Rubra for my baby ceph. Of course, I said yes, I've always wanted a sarracenia rubra. When the little Rubra came, it was packaged very nicely and I potted it up in some LFS. Thanks StaatS+17+!

I recently purchased a huge N. miranda from StaatS. He generously waited a couple of weeks to ship it due to cold temps at my end, and then offered and included a heat pack at cost just to be sure.
It arrived safe and huge, making me very happy.

I purchased a small Dreamsicle and VFT from Staats+17+. Even though it was a low-value order, he went above and beyond with the packaging, wrapping everything in separate plastic cups. Plants were robust and healthy for their size.
