My VFT started having black traps about a month ago. I thought it was normal, so I left it as it is until recently when I started seeing the same black dead traps growing mold on it, so I cut them off. Now, I'm having trouble with my traps turning outwards, as well as the stems starting to get droopy. I read somewhere that it is due to dehydration, but I'm not sure. I have to note that I have had this plant for about 4 months now, and it never caught anything. It's cold in my country right now so I have to keep it indoors.

Traps turning black and dying isn't a problem. That is normal. The problem is that plant is light starved. Venus Flytraps need a minimum of 4 hours direct unobstructed sunlight every day. That means outdoors, not behind a window. Indoors it requires up to 16 hours of intense artificial light. Read the instructions at https://www.flytrapcare.com/. It will tell you everything you need to do to grow these plants successfully. The bottom line is that they are outdoor plants. They are not house plants.
