Hi everyone,
I have a Venus flytrap which suffered greatly last summer due to heat stress, at least according to the nursery I got it from. As a result, several of its traps browned and withered, but it looks like it's finally recovering.
As you can see in the photographs, the plant is still quite green and new traps have finally sprouted. Nevertheless, I was wondering if repotting the plant could benefit it. Its current pot is quite small and the nursery staff agreed that repotting the Venus flytrap in fresh soil could help it recover.
On the other hand, I fear this process might stress the plant too much, especially considering it will have to enter dormancy in a few months. I was also considering pruning the plant soon. I would love your opinion on this before taking action.
Best regards.
