The following days will get below 0C°. I think my VFTs can handle this, am I right? (The pot is smaller than the right size)

That is the questionable area. My plants were out in that this year because I was unable to cover them, and it looks like they made it. Other people have lost plants in steady low temperatures like that. If it is at all possible, I would cover them with a blanket, or tarp in the evening. I wouldn't leave it on in the day if it is in a sunny spot. The other option is to cover it with some kind of mulch like pine branches. That you wouldn't need to worry about removing each day. One thing that will help, regardless, will be to bunch the pots as close together as possible. If you can fill the spaces between them with some sort of mulch, even better. That will help them endure the colder temperatures better.

I had woodcarving lessons today and I am tired so I cannot protect them with towels etc. I can bring them inside but the temperature is 22C°. Fortunately there is enough space near the window. Should I put them there or leave them as it is for today?

-4c nights and 7c days? Your plant will be fine, it takes prolonged deep cold to cause real tissue damage.

Yeah the cold days are only 6. After that they get above freezing. Also the flytrap is lonely because there might be some mites that survived and I don’t want them to spread to my other plants. Maybe I should only bring inside my D.capensis. But until now they are doing fine (they grow slower with smaller leaves).

A capensis isn't going to survive a freeze. It would likely come back from the roots, but it would be better to bring it inside. I would move the flytrap of of the stand and onto the ground next to a wall. That will give it some protection from the wind and will prevent it from having freezing temperatures under the root. You could even lay that shelf on the ground with the top up against a wall, and put the flytrap in there. That would give it a good bit of protection. If you could toss a towel or blanket over it, that would be even better.
