For Sarracenia, do I just put 2 stamps per envelope for non-machinable mail?

I'll also combine this with the November seed request when that date rolls around.

You can if you'd like, but only to the SASE. The Nashville post office has a poor track record of honoring the non-machinable stamps and requests. I add extra padding just in case.
