Today I decided to walk further in my local wetland. This time with my dad and my sister. Found some more flowers in bloom and some carnivorous plants!

These weren’t in bloom when I went there last time. I guess the warm weather is starting to wake them up

This was a pretty cool find. I think these guys wrap around their host plant and suffocate them.

There was quite a lot of them strewn about in the area. They seem to like to grow in open clearings. They are quite small. I almost missed when I was walking by. Luckily, I manage to see one and after that I could see them all throughout the area. There are all sundews, I couldn’t find any utricularia.

I don’t know any of the species so I’m just gonna put all the photos of them here.
