Went out to top of my water pans this morning and found this webbing on a few plants. They look healthy? Minus where you can see a deer snacked on them. Im hoping its just an opportunistic spider.

Spiders frequently build nests around plants like that. I've never actually seen any sort of webbing from the spider mites that infect the plants and do damage.

Fungus gnats leave webs like that.

I'm glad it's not spider mites! I just got a thrip problem under control on my neps and did not want to deal with something like that again so soon. I had no idea fungus gnats left webs like that!!

I did a little more research. They leave smaller webs. That is likely an industrious spider.
