Recently some of my venus fly traps just turned yellow and the edges almost near the rhizome have turned pink- I was hardening them to the Sun by increasing it by an hour every two days but the yellow started to appear. I’d also like to note that the potting medium (sphagnum moss) was wet to the point that i could squeeze water out of it- is that bad? Anyways here are the photos

in addition some of the sides of the stalks have begun to turn black

What are you watering them with and how often?

distilled water, but I used to use the tray method until i realized the bottom of the pot became waterlogged

Looks like sunburn, just keep doing what you are and the plant will acclimate in a week or so, you may lose the existing top growth. The black looks like sooty mould, if you have good ventilation, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
