I have a cape sundew (Drosera capensis) today I noticed there were tiny black bugs on the stems, I thought of using Neem oil spray to get rid of it but I'm afraid it would harm the plant too. Can anyone help me?

From what I've heard on this forum neem oil should be safe to use in appropriate quantities.... Maybe wait for someone more experienced to give you advice

Okay thanks :) I will use sticks to poke it off until an expert tells me it's safe.

Use a Q-Tip to remove critter so as to not hurt your capensis, then look up to see what the bug is and then treat or repot, etc.

Good Luck and keep asking and sharing !

Pics of the critters if possible

This picture only shows a baby bug whatever it is but it's so small that you can't see it clearly with a camera. Image
