Tissue culture plant

Anyone have some advice for acclimating a nep grown in tissue culture? I just got some little albomarginata that were grown in a sterile tissue culture tube. I washed both plants in distilled water to get the agar off and potted them in a tiny pot of 1:1 peat and sand. They're sitting a a little bag beside my grow chamber so they're getting very little direct light ( I'd heard you have to introduce them to brighter light very slowly).

The bigger of the two looked like it had some roots, but the other had none. Both had a few dead leaves near the base. Other than that they look green and healthy (for now).

I've never hardened off Nepenthes out of TC but I think most plants out of TC are similar. Yes, introduce them to bright light slowly and keep the humidity elevated to allow them to root and put out new growth that is hardened.
