All of my gemmæ are sprouting but their growth is slowwww. My house hasn’t been the warmest (66°-70°). Spring has been off to a slow start. Any tips for jump starting their growth? I’ve been putting the pot in the sun to warm it up, but don’t want mold to start.

They look great Hang. Hopefully mine will start catching up once it warms up this week.

When I started mine off earlier this year I found covering their pots with clear plastic helped, some gemmae seemed to be inactive until given higher humidity. Once they started growing I removed it and they're fine on a south facing windowsill.

I always start mine with a clear cover to keep up humidity. Then when they get about 1/2" high start acclimating them to slightly higher humidity over about a week. Grown in a west sunny window.

Thanks, I’ve had them covered in plastic wrap, under artificial light. Over the past week we warmed up into the 80’s. That seemed to give them a shot in the arm with visible carnivorous leaves finally appearing
