Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area.
Tap water 119 - 150 ppm.
Pick & Save steam distilled water 0 - 1 ppm. ($0.75 / Gallon)
Tester: HM Digital, model TDS - 4

NYC Lower Manhattan- 73 ppm

Note: I use my tap water for all my carnivorous plants including sphagnum moss and they grow great!

Pond (unnatural) 138ppm
Pond (natural) 20 ppm (my unlimmited water source and I am hoping for carnivorous plants to pop up)
Rain 14 ppm
Demineralised water 3 ppm
Groundwater 232 ppm

Using my fancy Bluelab TDS meter I get:

Tap water - 180ppm (I've seen 170-190 in different suburbs).
Rain water off the roof - 0 ppm, I've only tested after at least 10-15 minutes of heavy rain.

TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) of several water sources
1) Tap Water - 10ppm
2) Tap Water + Amway eSpring - still 10ppm (I use this for my VFTs)
3) Spritzer Mineral Water (bottled) - 7ppm (yes, it is 7ppm)
4) RO water from office - 1ppm
