Sundew Big Pink not looking too good

I don’t know what’s going on with my Big Pink. It’s been outside all summer. I just brought it in as the weather is getting pretty cold. I have it in a east facing window. Planted in peat/perlite. Only watered with distilled water.

Here’s what it looks like now, and when I got it.

Was it like that when it was outside? I had to bring mine in because they were looking like that. The heat this year just murdered them.

I totally fried all of my capes this summer. They did not like the heat at all. Now that they are inside they are putting out tons of new growth and are super dewy.

So it should be fine?

Most likely. Watch the new growth and leave anything that is green intact. If there is no new growth starting or if it is coming in without dew, then we will need to try something else.

It is showing quite a bit of new growth, but also lots of black

Should I get rid of all the black dead leaves?

Leave anything that is green. If you don't like the black, trim it back to the green.
