Hello everyone,.
I've read a lot of of the threads here and got a lot of information.
This my post to try to clear up some doubts I have.
I'm in Jerez, Andulcia and about to sow my first VFTs. I've struggled to find the right stuff in local shops. I was wondering if this would be ok http://www.leroymerlin.es/fp/16239622/t ... -garden-5l
I'd be very grateful for info from other people in my area on places to buy VFT related stuff and how suitable our climate is. I think our temperatures are similar to the Carolinas.

Yup, as long as there are no fertilizers in it, that's the stuff you need.

Yes, as you said, and just got a email from the producer confirming it doesn't have anything added and is suitable for VFTs.
The this morning I mixed it with some sand and vermiculite and planted my first VLTs!
