Strange tiny gray bug in pot

Hello, I was looking in my P. ionatha pot and I saw a tiny gray bug around the size of the seeds crawling around. I tried to get it, but when I attempted to grab it with the tweezers I accidentally pushed it under the soil. Does anyone know what it could be? It didn't jump when I tried to get it with the tweezers.

It's probably a lace bug. Mine love soil like that. Congrats on the Ionantha, isn't it CITES? How'd you get it?

It doesn't look like a lace bug, it didn't have any wings. I use a 50-50 mix of peat moss and silica sand with a small layer of silica sand on top. I got some seeds from the seed bank, I heard it was rare but I never knew it was CITES. Hopefully some seeds sprout and I can use some leaf pulings for trades.

It's not a lace bug, it's the beginning of the crisis that will hit full force in July.
