So after a bit of a problem with keeping things too wet, the seedlings are doing better. Here are some photos:

You can see the younger one's aren't suffering from the black mildew because I stopped over watering by the time they were transplanted from the water germination.

I'm happy that you figured out that you were keeping them too wet and that you were able to remedy the situation.

Do you know where the little guys that appeared to be red plants went? I'd be interested in seeing an update on them.

I missed this part of your message. The bottom of those leaves was red but the rest of the leaf is dark green. They also grow the slowest.
