It is possible to do stalk and leaf cuttings for non-carnivorous plants and lay the stalk on the media to develop small plants ? One example is a type of succulent, the kalanchoei, which, along a leaf margin, develop plantlets. But what other plants do the same with leaf and stalk ?

Carnations stem cutting, stick into medium up to the node, make sure to cut off the bloom.
Chrysanthemums same.
Rhododendrons, stem, preferably a newer or younger stem/branch.

Woodier plants do better rooting if do this wrapping technique while its still on the mother plant, or if you keep it in a more solid medium to take root, like boxwood or rhododendrons, or young trees.

Softer plants do just as well with either wetter medium, or just let it sit in some water for a few days or weeks and roots will start to grow.

There is a MULTITUDE of plants can be propagated via cuttings, some of them are just picker than others, such as those that grow from a rhizome, corm or bulb, these tend to either one picker or two really hard propagate via cutting, but then again why bother when rhizomes, corms and bulbs are easily divided? Just cut and try. Some things will surprise you.

Yes. Most plants can be propagated from cuttings. In general, anything that has a fleshy stem/leaves usually propagates well as leaf/stem cuttings. I don't know if it is available in Romania, but powdered rooting hormones such as Bontone. I used this propagating purple velvet plants from leaf cuttings from the mother plant and it worked great. they are very similar to African Violet Leaves.
