A few days ago, I saw this creamy/red mite move quickly around the soil of my D.Capensis. I checked the leaves and it appears that there is no damage or webs.Image

Really hard to tell, but it could be Hypoaspis Miles. They are often used to help control fungus gnats, but I suspect they also eat springtails because I have lots of both (mites & springtails) in my pots.

Thanks for the reply. Both my pots have many springtails, but my sundew is the only one with the mites. Hopefully its Hypoaspis Mites, I have a fungus gnat larvae infestation currently.

Keep an eye on the sundew, but I would also guess that its not a spider mite. In addition to a predatory mite (which run extremely fast) it could also be a harmless soil mite. They are kind of annoying to see, but mostly just hang out in the substrate and eat detritus.
