I did this a bit over a year ago for a contest on another forum.
Done on Paint Tool SAI, with a DigiPro tablet that died soon afterward in a freak accident (my scanner fell on the cord). Traced from this photo of my Schlumbergera truncata
Because the flowers look so much to me like a mix between fairies and hummingbirds.
And from earlier that same year, a color pencil drawing of my Rebutia minuscula that I did for... either a Mother's Day card or a birthday card for my mom (those two days are really close together).
