I haven't tried it but I have seen people do it successfully. But make sure it's not cheap fiber, and you'll want to soak it and change water several times to make sure there is no salt in it. With a few exceptions, I'm generally not enthusiastic about planting CP in fish tanks or terrariums though.

How do i make sure to see if its not cheap and to change the water?
