What are the differences between these two? I really love flytraps that have large traps with an inner dark maroon color and grow in ground-hugging rosettes all year round. Are there any other cultivars that exhibit these traits?

"Low Giant" meets your specs, although the trap interior is usually bright red instead of maroon. It's a vigorous, hardy cultivar.
