Pt. 1: The Cold-Temperates
Cold Temperates are my all-time favorite group of Pings, and since I happened to be on my way to coffee, I took some pics of them to share. They currently are not much right now, but come spring, you'll surely see plenty of pics of these in all their glory.
If the name tag is not clear enough to read the species name, or not shown, the species name will be listed above the corresponding picture.
P. chilensis, one of the two South American homophyllous cold-temperates these ones are currently inside, since I started them from seed later in the growing season.

P. chilensis that have been outdoors since November. These guys have gone through multiple freezes and have been covered in freezing rain and snow. Some leaves partially died during a few dry freezes.

P. corsica f. pallidula, one of them that was late to fall asleep has a carnivorous leaf that has been covered in ice, snow, and assaulted by dry freezing winds, and yet it persists.
