Should I repot?

It sure looks like it but they look really weak and I'm afraid the shock's gonna kill them. What do you think?

I would repot. The rhizome is too deep, star moss is growing and taking over, and the soil looks degraded

Do you think the plants are strong enough for it? I think I'm gonna put them under a grow light for a couple weeks first
