What is the difference between them ?

I have not run into either of these. I'd recommend checking out http://cpphotofinder.com/search.php and looking up both shark's teeth & tiger teeth. There seems to be some variability in teeth shape and length and it probably depends on the source that you get it from. I skimmed through the photos and it appears as though the shark's teeth tend to have shorter cilia than tiger teeth.

There are numerous short toothed cultivars. Generally there is little difference between them so I suggest just buying what looks good to you.
