Your plants look great! How many hours of direct sunlight and indirect sunlight do they get? They may not be getting enough, and it appears you have them in long-fibered spaghum moss, which is a great medium to grow them in, however it does dry out faster, your leaves might be limp from underwatering, how often do you water, and do you top water or bottom water?
VFTs tend to flower earlier in the summer, and a lot of growers actually cut the flower off because it takes a lot out of the plant. here is a link to more info on that:http://www.flytrapcare.com/propagation-of-venus-fly-traps.html
Also, at this time of year, depending on where you live, should start entering dormancyhttp://www.flytrapcare.com/phpBB3/venus-flytrap-dormancy-t3142.htmlhttp://www.flytrapcare.com/phpBB3/vft-s-looking-awful-read-this-pics-t2973.html
"That's just great," someone said under his breath. "We've got a bloody queen mother alien living with us. She could blow into a million new buggers at any moment."
