Hi everyone. I have alot of CP seeds currently sealed in a container for over a month now. I took out the drosophyllum seed pot and put it under the light to see if it will germinate soon. Which is better for the seeds? To seal or not seal? Thanks!

I always seal them up. I think it helps keep the humidity up and a constant amount of water in the media. They don't dry out. After I see the first true leaf or two then I uncover them.

I only use elevated humidity for Nepenthes seeds. I've never found it helpful for other species and it encourages algae and fungus growth on the media.

What do you mean you took the Drosophyllum out and put it under lights? Is the main seed container not under lights?

The main seed container is not directly under the light. So that means i must take out the other seeds? I have nep seeds, genlisea, drosera and utric seeds
