After my Sarracenia sprout do I put thm in the direct sun, or do I have to harden them off?

They do need direct sun as soon as possible, I grow mine under glass outside. Whether you have to harden yours off or not, depends entirely on what conditions you have grown them in so far. If grown under glass in natural light and temperature then probably not, but in any other conditions then probably.

Alright, thanks! I have a few new sprouts I'll put them out into the sunlight. Do the still need humidity when they sprout?

They don't need humidity, so dont worry about that. However if they have been grown indoors and are put outside in the sun and particularly the wind, the increased transpiration from the leaves, as the roots aren't used to moving that amount of water, could check them till the root growth catches up.
