My jaws is in the middle of dividing. I KNOW there are are seeds in there (yes I peeked behind the curtain. I want to cut the flower stalk off to help the plant. Are they ready to harvest you think?

I harvest pods one at a time from my flytraps. A couple of your pods do look ready. I usually wait until the covering over the seeds is nearly translucent and/or is gone entirely.

Only harvest the ones that have turned black. Gently pull back a part of the covering with tweezers and magnifying glass. If the seeds are shiny then they should be ready.

When you see the seed break through, like this picture they are ready to harvest. Only harvest the pods you can see the seeds though, since the flowers open at different times they'll ripen in the same manner.
