Pumice for flytraps?

Could I use a a layer of pumice on top of the media just under the leaves of the flytraps?

Nah. I prefer to use gravel or nothing. Pumice is a real PIA when you water it and it floats and goes everywhere.

I use pumice in plenty other plants and they do not float
