FTC International News.
RADelaide (also known as Adelaide) held its annual "Festival of Flowers" event at Enfield hall on the weekend.
a measly $2 entry fee, good ol' aussie bbq, and plenty of good conversation between mate's.
what could be better.
The Orchid club of SA was there, so was Cottage Garden club, Cacti club, Pegonia's and a bunch of others i forgot.
If your interested in the above plants im sorry, your fresh outta luck. i didnt even take pics of em, i was there for the carnivores only !
Besides, this is a carnivore plant forum. if you want to see the awkwards (orchids) i'd suggest joining an orchid forum (only joking)
Australian Carnivorous Plant Society (ACPS) done quite well with many interested people, plenty of plants sold ranging from awesome Nep's, sarra's, fly traps, and Linton's free capensis for every kid which went better than expected
Even the Ping's were in such high demand they were being uprooted from the awesome tray display (see pics below) to satisfy demand
Ive got some pics of the ACPS crew doing their thing on the day, and our club's stall.
I especially liked the already established $5 nep cuttings that were in a bit of ag' pipe stuffed with sphag, what a great idea !
