Happy and Sad Updates!

For the 3rd time in 3 years, I have killed a CP.

A VFT seed is finally sprouting!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done! (i mean for germinating a seed, not killing a plant) By the way, what did you kill?

I killed 2 Drosera burmannii.

Well, congratz on the VFT seed(ling) and sorry to hear about the loss of your 2 D. Burmannii, what happened to them?

I don't know how they died, I think they didn't adapt to my low humidity windowsill as well as my pygmy sundew did.

Did you gradually adapt them to low humidity over time?

Oh and great job with your VFT! Also, I'm sorry to hear that your sundews died.

Yea I gradually adapted them.

But, on the bright side, I know have 4 VFT sprouts!!!!

Sorry to hear that, about the droseras, and congrats on the germination, if you have lots of seedlings, or adult d. burmanii, you shouldn't worry, the day i had the accident i lost accidently 25 baby droseras , including some D. burmanii, spatulata, d.indica pale flower, venusta...etc, anyway i have a lot of them so it's not a big deal, but i still remember those few 25 seedlings

Good luck, and hope to see some pics of the seeds breaking their coats!
