I found that there's super tiny white bugs in my terrarium soil, they don't look like scale, and doesn't seem to be harming my nepenthes, what could those little bugs be?

They could be aphids.

The bugs are not on my plants there just on the soil, and there not green.
Thrips - I hate them
Mmmm...It could be them, but as far I know my plants seem fine, and there not on my plant there just on the soil... :|

If they are whitish and very small, they are thrips. They are mostly seen on the soil.
