Hey guys, I believe it was one of Adam's threads where he germinated seeds/cuttings in sealed jars? I remember part of it involved boiling the media to sterilize it. I'd like to try his technique but couldn't find it in the search and didn't see it in this sub-forum. If someone has it bookmarked, I'd REALLY appreciate the link. :D Thanks!

Hi Mia:

Sounds like you are referring to in vitro seed germination. In vitro means "in glass" and is a type of tissue culture.
