Hey just a general question, but is it legal to import sterile tissue cultures into Canada? If they're in a flask do you need a permit? I'm specifically wondering about butterworts, I dont see them on any control lists.

thanks in advance!

Don't quote me on this because I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that to import sterile cultures all you need is a Phytosanitary Certificate (no import permits).

To find out for sure, you should contact the Canadian Department of Agriculture.
