On several of my pots I have found some fungus. It was brown with a shiny surface. It was kind of lumpy and smooth. Any idea what it is? Any way to get rid of it?

fungicide. From what i've read I think neem oil is safe.

I have heard and read that too, probably the most common pest remover I've heard about.
