Matt or Steve,hw do u guys send potted plants so it wont turn upside down?

Hi Harris, I know you want an answer from Steve or Matt. But ill help along the way, from my own personal experience. Most come in a tight box, wrapped in cling film so no peat can go anywhere. Its really wrapped like that from top to bottom from what ive bought. Matt and Steve may use a better method, im sure they do it the best way possible!

Thanks Hayden.u mean tight box is the box is almost the similar size of the pot?

do they put any impact absorbent?what if the mail guy turn the box upside down.will the plant hurt.tell me more Hayden.i like hearing hw ppl packed plants

EDIT:removing "whats Cling Film".just asked my mom just now xD
