Have you got a closeup of the flower? There's several yellow-flowered aquatic utricularia, can't say much without a closeup of the flower:)

I thought it was an undiscovered species. For now I have called it Utricularia perumcornuunus, which perumcornuunus in latin means 'little horned one'. I could not get a closer picture so I highlighted it.

Oh well... hard to tell, the flower looks not fully developed yet. Could be U.gibba maybe, the bladder shape and flower stalk looks similar

No that's the fully formed flower! Weird isn't! It wasn't a deformed flower because I saw another few open from the same plant and the all had that shape. And this is what a U. gibba bladder and flower (I have one of them). What sets it different is that : 1. It has the horn up in the front of the flower, and 2. The 'horns' on the bladder.

Well the problem with these species is that the flowers are self-pollinating and sometimes they don't fully develop. Your plant looks like U.gibba to me.
