Hey everyone,

I'm going to try and germinate some temperate ping seeds from the czech republic. People have recommended using GA3 (gibberellic acid) in soloution for 24 hours (to break their dormancy) and then to sow on media. The problem is I don't know any brand names, or where to buy it. Also, what's a good mixing ratio for germinating seeds? Someone suggested 250 ppm to me, but I've seen as high as 2000ppm and as low as 2 ppm. Am I way out of my league here :? ? I've never used hormones of any kind to germinate seeds, so this would be a first for me.

Thanks for the help :D

Ebay sells some GA3. use the suggested 250 but it always depend on what type of seeds you are going to use it for.
