Well i just bought sheet moss and i was thinking can i do germination with the sheet moss?

Sheet moss I believe is fatal to most carnivorous plants. I'm sorry I can't provide references right now, except for this one small entry about sheet moss from Barry Rice's Carnivorous Plant FAQ: About "green moss," "sheet moss" and "horticultural moss"

OMG!!! They just stole my money then good thing i only hava little soil to do some germination and am going to do that paper hing in the fridge and ill just have some moss from pitcher plant ill rob some i think am set for a little seeds darn those people!!!!!!

why are you using moss for germination?
why not use peat?

no i thought if i dried it up it will be LFSM,i cant find peat in my hardware store unless its brand is miracle gro
