Lowland requires more humidity and a more stable warm temperature between 20-35 C from night to day. They'll do well indoors, in a terrarium, greehouse, etc.
Highland requires warm days but rather cool nights, temperature range around 10-30 C.
Lowland is supposedly easier and faster to grow, unless you live in a colder climate.

I live in the Seattle area of Western WA. So...would that affect growth of the Neps? We are going to get a greenhouse...so which kind of nep would be okay?

Lowland neps would probably do fine indoors as long as you give them the humidity, perhaps by using a terrarium, artificial lighting, and/or a humidifier if you need to.
Highland neps could be a bit trickier as many need a drop in temperature at night for nocturanl cooling off. However, there are several easy to grow varieties listed at the flytrapstore.
Good luck with selecting which kind of nep you'd like to grow, and good luck with that green house! :D
