i went out and bought a new light bulb for my terrerium because i think my other one is cooking my plants. i picked up a philips natural light plus it puts out 960 lumens and runs on 75 watts would that be okay for this terrerium?

Hard work doesn't harm anyone,
but I do not want to take any chances.

it woul be ok for lowland neps not ptcher plants, sundews, and venus flytrap

what kind of light would i be looking for for the pitchers and the vft and sundew?

The sun!

If you've decided for sure that you want to grow them under lights in a terrarium, I think the best affordable option is a standard shop light with cool white bulbs (6500K color temperature). Flytraps and Sarracenia do well under those lights. That's what I use to harden off my tissue culture babies.
