What's the hardest Nep (you can answer based on knowledge/experience or from guides or websites that have the answer to my question) to grow? Also, what is the cheapest Nep you've seen for sale online that ships to US? Why is it/do you think it is cheap?

You won't get any good answer for your first question. The higland ones can be tricky to grow, but note that even some lowland neps can be vulnerable to temperature fluctuations

N.Villosa , without a doubt, is one of the slowest groweing Neps I've seen.

You should not. Higland neps require a terrarium with lower temperatures at night. If you want to give them a try, first think about a terrarium and try with some easier highland species.

My advise is ..... Stay away from N. Villosa until you can grow a few other UH/L plants like N. Mikei.

An the cheapest Nepenthes to buy Is Nepenthes distillatoria Less than 3" diameter $9.99
an probably Nepenthes gracilis nigropurpurea
$9.99
